Our care and support team are always on hand. Not only that, but they are able to tailor the service they offer to suit your individual needs too.
This could mean helping you with personal care such as getting out of bed and dressed, having a bath or shower, ordering or taking your medication, accompanying you to medical appointments, or anything else you might need.
Your care and support will be carried out by people you know and who understand your needs.
It is also constantly monitored, so if things change you’ll always get the right level of care*.

You may not initially need much personal care, but we find our residents appreciate a little helping hand every now and again.
That’s why your rent includes one hour’s domestic assistance per week. It means our staff can lend you a hand around your home on tasks such as cleaning, or ironing; helping you to keep your home just the way you like it, giving you the freedom to do the things you love.
