We know that funding your move is important to you, so it’s also important to us.
With this in mind, part of our process will give you access to an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) who can help advise you on all the financial options available to you in funding your move.
In addition, we’ve partnered with hand-selected businesses to give you a hassle-free move. Our Moveasy service is available to all Birchgrove clients.
A one-off Joining Fee is payable prior to moving in, but there is no exit fee on leaving the property.
