The Birchgrove App

Our team are here to support you seven days a week. The Birchgrove App is the communication platform that connects you with the people you love, as well as the staff and services available in the neighbourhood.

It's easy to use, with a range of helpful features:

Directories: Find and connect with neighbours and team members.
Activities: Be in the know - access the events calendar and sign-up for activities.
Maintenance and housekeeping: Use the App to book repairs and make requests.
Visits: Sign-up and announce visitors to staff and residents.
News: Stay up-to-date on what is happening within the community.
And much more!

This app also provides a personal schedule that gives you an overview of all the activities you've signed up for and other personal appointments. The notification centre informs you when the status of one of your requests is updated.

The Birchgrove App is invite-only and exclusively accessible to residents of Birchgrove neighbourhoods and their families.
