Our experience with Christ Church Apartments has been extremely positive. The team have been so helpful at every step. The care shown by Donna in making Mum feel comfortable through the process of considering if an apartment was right for her has been exceptionally thoughtful and considerate. We were able to visit another Birchgrove site and have been able to meet other new residents before the opening of Christ Church. This sensitive and respectful approach has helped to make what is a difficult decision to move somewhere new later in life so much more positive. Thank you.
My mum moved in to Christ Church three weeks ago and every day the team there amaze me with their enthusiasm, professionalism, compassion and thoughtfulness. She is settling in so well and is loving the social interaction, on her terms, that it offers her. Stunning place.

We were researching retirement properties for my in-laws, I have to say the information I received from Birchgrove- it looks amazing! I called in and spoke to Donna and she was probably the most helpful and sincere sales person I have ever spoken to. Although we are looking for the future. I was the first resident here - May 2 2025 - and have had no reason to regret the decision. If as age advances you are finding it more difficult to look after yourself this place offers an unbeatable combination of companionship and joint activity if required and complete freedom to do what you want as an individual - including family activity.
Birchgrove is a fabulous offer... very different from the pushy retirement models where you feel pushed and coerced into buying and then your family can't sell them. Rental in retirement with ability to get in or out in two months with no exit fees is a no-brainer. The retirement market is finally getting more exciting and visionary. Only decision is here or Guildford. Mum likes the more community feel of Leatherhead though so ....
