Every Birchgrove neighbourhood has a friendly team available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll meet a Neighbourhood General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Wellbeing Coordinator, as well as a Chef, Concierge, Housekeeper, and Maintenance Technician — the number of each varies by location. There’s also an Overnight Carer on-site for added reassurance, and our Later Living Advisors are always on hand to help with enquiries and visits
Yes — every apartment is designed with accessibility in mind. Apartments include wide doors and corridors for wheelchair access, walk-in showers, and waist-height appliances. Grab rails can easily be installed if needed.
You’ll find on-site restaurants, licensed bars, club rooms, wellness studios, landscaped gardens, greenhouses, and event calendars. Some locations also have libraries, salons, craft rooms, or roof terraces.

Birchgrove is designed for people who want to remain independent. While we don’t provide nursing or dementia care, our wellbeing team can connect you with trusted homecare partners for additional support.
