Located on the site of the vacant Christ Church URC, Christ Church Apartments will provide 62 high quality one- and two bedroom apartments for people in later life. The development includes the construction of three linked-detached buildings each two storeys. The disused tennis courts will be replaced with a multi-use green.

The rent covers the large-ticket expenses like energy costs - electricity, heating and water - and many of the rising incidential costs e.g housekeeping, broadband, window cleaning, gardening, buildings insurance, security and a whole host more. We also include one-hour housekeeping each week to lend you a hand with cleaning your apartment.

And for complete peace of mind we don't have additional  service charges or exit fees. All you pay is the rent and a one-time joining fee.
