The Grade II listed Cowshed is sensitively converted into two apartments securing its long-term use and revealing its architectural and historic interest. The Stable Cottage offers three modern apartments.

The grounds combine soft and hard landscaping, retaining the majority of the trees to enhance the screening on the boundaries. The roof terrace and lounge provide a peaceful place for residents to relax and unwind.

All our apartments are specifically designed for people in later life, featuring waist height appliances in the fully fitted kitchens, for easy access. The ensuite showers are walk-in, and have simple to use switches, taps and plugs. The doors and corridors are wheelchair accessible for freedom of movement.

Inclusive rent

Our inclusive rent covers the large-ticket expenses like energy costs - electricity, heating and water - and many of the rising incidential costs e.g housekeeping, broadband, window cleaning, gardening, buildings insurance, security and a whole host more. We also include one-hour housekeeping each week to lend you a hand with cleaning your apartment.

We know that security is important to you, that's why the development is secure with 24-hour concierge, so you can relax in the knowledge that there will always be someone available onsite to handle your queries.

And for complete peace of mind we don't have additional service charges or exit fees. All you pay is the rent and a one-time joining fee.

NB: The inclusive rent is a ‘fixed’ charge and will increase each year in line with the change in the Retail Price Index.
