Under the terms of the partnership with M&G, Birchgrove will continue to manage Queensgate Apartments, Sidcup and Woodbank Apartments, Woking and any other similar properties that the Fund acquires. It’s a huge endorsement from such a well-known household name and we’re delighted that M&G are as excited about building homes for people in later life as we are.
