The safety and welfare of our residents is of paramount importance to us. That’s why Birchgrove manages all its buildings and provides 24-hour on-site staffing presence.

We have a comprehensive health and safety management system in place at all our buildings that is reviewed regularly to ensure we adhere to the latest fire safety regulations and best practice.

We have rigorous and well-rehearsed processes for alerting and evacuating residents in the event of a fire.

The following guidelines comply with mandatory requirements on the measures we have taken to keep you safe whilst living at Birchgrove and in particular at Ayrton House as a high-rise building.
