At Birchgrove our high-quality retirement apartments are solely for rent – no pressure to buy once you move in. There are no lengthy contracts or confusing small print. If you rent at Birchgrove, you only need to give two months’ notice should you wish to leave. This is how confident we are that you will love your move to Birchgrove.

Our inclusive rent makes it easier to manage your finances. In a climate where concerns mount to the increasing cost of living and the uncertainty it creates, our residents have peace of mind knowing that the inclusive rent is reviewed only once a year and provides certainty in an uncertain world.

The Birchgrove rental model covers all the large-ticket expenses like energy costs - electricity, heating and water - and many of the rising incidential costs that go along with owning your own home eg housekeeping, broadband, window cleaning, gardening, buildings insurance, security and a whole host of other items. One-off joining fee applies.
