Terms and Conditions
Birchgrove will aim to accommodate your apartment of choice for your respite stay. However, depending on demand and availability some restrictions may apply.
Apartments will be offered on a fully furnished basis. Clients wishing to move in permanently will be able to move in their own furniture after the completion of their respite stay and decision to move permanently.
Respite stays are offered on a self-catered basis. However, you will be able to take your meals in the onsite restaurant.
We take the safety and wellbeing of our residents very serious. As such, all new residents will need to comply with our COVID safe measures for safe integration into the community.
Residents will be charged the normal rent of their chosen apartment and will be protected under the usual terms and conditions of the Licence Agreement.
Your short stay could be from a minimum of one month and up to six months. One week’s notice will be required on termination of your respite stay.
