We believe that the kind of home you want to show off to your friends a little will be the kind of home you'll love living in. We offer one, two and three bedroom apartments that are smart, comfortable, light and secure. Great for socialising in, but just as good for relaxing in too.
Appliances in the fully fitted kitchens are all waist height for easy access. The en-suite showers are walk-in, and have simple to use switches, taps and plugs. The doors and corridors are wheelchair accessible for freedom of movement.
Included in the rent is one hour’s domestic assistance per week. It means our staff can lend you a hand around the house cleaning, or even doing the ironing if you like.
Relax in the knowledge that the residence is secure, with 24-hour concierge. There is also direct communication from each room in your apartment to our 24-hour emergency call service.
With car parking spaces*, WiFi throughout, and a guest suite for when friends and family come to stay, we like to think we’ve thought of most things. If we’ve missed something out though, do let us know.

Pets aren’t just animals. They’re family. You are welcome to bring your well-behaved dog, cat or other pet with you to Birchgrove.
